SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

We have five different sponsorship packages available:

Gold Sponsorship – $7500

The Gold package includes:

• The company can nominate a plenary speaker for the
  conference, an opportunity to showcase the technical expertise of the company to more than 500 graduate students.
• The company will have the opportunity to meet with the university’s senior leadership.
• The company will also get all the perks of the silver sponsorship.

Silver Sponsorship – $2000

The Silver package includes:

• The company will sponsor one conference session.
• The company can conduct a workshop to demonstrate products.
• A company representative can participate in a panel discussion.
• The company will also get all the perks of the bronze sponsorship.

Bronze Sponsorship – $500

The Bronze package includes:

• The company’s logo will appear on all printed and digital media.
• Complimentary participation in the job fair.

Startup Tier Sponsorship – $300

The Startup package is reserved for small startups and includes:

• The company’s logo will appear on all printed and digital media.
• Complimentary participation in the job fair.
• The company can demonstrate its products in the startup demo session.

Job Fair Sponsorship – $250

• The company can participate in the job fair.
