Company Sponsorship

For enrolling in this year’s conference sponsorship packages, we are using the same system used by the Engineering Career Services on campus. please follow this link to participate.

We have three different sponsorship packages available for the companies:

Gold

  • Cost: $5000
  • Count: No Gold Sponsorship Packages Still Available
  • Package items:
    – A stand in the main lobby during the entire conference to showcase the company’s work and engage with graduate students.
    – Invitation (for up to 2 representatives) to the reception dinner with all the speakers and organizers
    – The company logo will be present next to the conference’s logo in all printed and digital media (this includes: T-shirts, name badges, distributed program, website)
    – A stand at the graduate student job fair

Silver

  • Cost: $2000
  • Count: 1 per session
  • Sessions available: 
    – Machine Learning in Hardware
    – Artificial Intelligence in Action
    – Decision and Control
    – Poster Session
    – Robotics Demonstration Session
  • Package items:
    – A silver sponsor for a session will be the judge for their session’s best presentation award. Optionally, they could also provide the prize.
    – A silver sponsor for a session will participate (up to 1 representative) in the respective panel discussion.
    – A silver sponsor will have its logo present in the list of sponsors on the website, on the session’s webpage next to the session title and on the distributed program.
    – A stand at the graduate student job fair
    – A silver sponsor will have the opportunity to participate in the conference workshops.

Bronze

  • Cost: $500
  • Count: 10
  • Package items:
    – A bronze sponsor will have its logo present in the list of sponsors on the website and the distributed program.
    – A stand at the graduate student job fair
